Council-run soft play + cafe

Caveman Capers is the soft play inside Antrim Forum, built for children aged 1 to 11. A session runs around £6 per child (check current prices, they change), and kids on a MORE family membership get in free. Climbing-frame access is limited for the 1-3s, so very little ones stay on the gentler bits while bigger kids tackle the four-level frame. There is a cafe in the centre for food and drinks, and you can book a slot online or just turn up and pay at the kiosk. Quiet sessions run for children who need a calmer time.

The story

About the centre

Caveman Capers is the dinosaur-themed soft play run by Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council inside Antrim Forum leisure centre on Lough Road. It is one of two council soft plays in the borough, alongside Playzone at Valley Leisure Centre, and is built for children aged 1 to 11 across four levels of slopes, slides, climbs and tubes.

Being part of the wider leisure centre, it sits alongside a swimming pool, fitness suite, spa and athletics facilities, so the soft play is one budget-friendly part of a bigger family venue.
